Card on File Requirement A valid credit or debit card is required to keep on file in order to book an appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless a cancellation, no-show, or late cancellation fee applies under the policies below. Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment before booking future appointments. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on availability. Late arrivals may still be charged the full appointment amount. Refund Policy Due to the time, products, and customized nature of beauty services, all services are final sale and non-refundable. If you experience excessive shedding or have concerns with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess the issue and schedule a touch-up if appropriate. Cancellation Fees & Card on File Cards on file will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation, no-show, or late cancellation policy.
